At Maranatha Conversion we are offering pilgrims to join us for a Marian novena from Tuesday 10 to Friday 20 May 2024.
We will have a small group, accommodation in our Mission House and we will live a family and community time.

In order to facilitate the organization « Maranatha-Conversion » ; pilgrimages/conferences, « Maranatha-Medjugorje » works with partners in Bosnia-Herzegovina.
Only those who have registered for this pilgrimage with the « Maranatha-Medjugorje » association or with the associations, movements or agencies that are partners of « Maranatha-Medjugorje » will receive a badge to be able to participate in the meetings.
For logistical reasons, it will not be possible to join the group without registering with « Maranatha-Medjugorje » before the beginning of the pilgrimage.

We are looking for volunteers to make this unique pilgrimage known and, why not, to gather pilgrims in order to constitute a group that will leave from France, Canada, Belgium or other countries.

THIS PRICE INCLUDES :
- Accommodation in Medjugorje, in a standard 3-star guesthouse, in a double room (if you do not designate your roommate, one will be assigned to you automatically).
- Half board i.e. continental breakfast and one meal, including Wednesday and Friday as a simple « fasting » meal.
The « Maranatha-Medjugorje » pilgrimage is a time of fasting and prayer.
People who register agree to respect this aspect and to understand that the organizer will not provide different meals. On the other days regular meals are served according to the program.
The specificity of the evening prayer program is that it ends late every evening.
- The presence of an accompanying team that will be with the group throughout the pilgrimage.
- The program of your trip with registration form.
- Badge and pilgrim’s pouch.
- The preparation of the trip in connection with the group leaders and in connection with the people on site in Bosnia-Herzegovina.
The arrival in Medjugorje will be by your own means, either by road, plane or bus.
On the first day of the pilgrimage, buses will be waiting for pilgrims at the airports of Split, Dubrovnik, Sarajevo or Mostar. As soon as the buses are full, they will leave the airport for Medjugorje.
On the day of departure, buses will collect all registered pilgrims and take them to the airports of Split, Dubrovnik, Sarajevo or Mostar.
In order to benefit from this transportation, you must register at least three weeks before your arrival, sending us your arrival and departure airports, your flight numbers and your schedule.
If you do not wish to wait at the airports, you can take a cab, but this option is not free. It takes 2 hours from Split and 3 hours from Sarajevo or Dubrovnik. It costs 150 € per trip if the vehicle picks you up from Medjugorje and about double that if you take it directly from the airport.
THIS PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE :
- Air or road transportation to Medjugorje, except for the transfers offered from and to the airports under the conditions proposed above.
- Options: single rooms : +154 €/per person (limited number) for the duration of the stay.
- Traveler’s insurance – check the conditions of your insurance with your bank for credit card payments.
You can also check with your usual insurance company for other contracts. - Tips to guides and drivers (according to local regulations): 2 €/per day/per personfor the guide and 1,5 € per day /per person for the driver.
- Donations and offerings for meetings and celebrations at your discretion.
- Drinks, extras and generally speaking all personal expenses.
- Anything not indicated in « This price includes ».
INDIVIDUAL CANCELLATION FEES :
* Up to 60 days before departure : 150 €/per person.
* From 59 to 30 days of departure : 300 €/per person.
* From 29 days to the beginning of the pilgrimage : full price (no refund).
* In case of no-show : full price (no refund).
No cancellation fee will be charged for substitutes.
GENERAL CONDITIONS :
Your registration is not confirmed until you have received a confirmation email from us, along with an invoice, after you have paid your pilgrimage in full.
Please make sure that you are covered by travel insurance. We recommend that you carefully study the insurance contract you have taken out and take into account the conditions of specific exclusions for medical expenses abroad and for assistance and repatriation that are generally valid for all insurance policies.
« Maranatha-Medjugorje » cannot be responsible for the consequences of not respecting these guarantees.
Make sure that you have your travel documents in order to go to Bosnia-Herzegovina :
- A valid identity card is sufficient for citizens of the European Union.
- For other countries, check if you need a visa in addition to your valid passport..
SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF SALE :
For political, military, sanitary, climatic, mechanical or economic reasons, in the interest and/or for the safety of the travelers, the association, « Maranatha-Medjugorje » reserves the right at any time to cancel the pilgrimage, to change the itinerary, to interrupt the course or to modify the prices.
It cannot be held responsible for these changes.
In case of cancellation or interruption, participants will be reimbursed
– Before departuret : of the amounts paid, excluding any damages;
– During the trip : in proportion to the number of days of travel, excluding all damages and interest;
– In case of force majeure, external to the organizing structure: an amount of 80 € will be retained, as compensation for part of the organization costs.
